Out of the Box Scrapbooking

Between filling our store and our personal scrapbook addiction Susy and I see far more scrapbook supplies then most.  It's more often then not that we run across papers like Sunshine Sunshine Music Paper from My Mind's Eye.

There isn't anything wrong with this paper.  Actually it's very cute, but you have to ask yourself.  How would I ever use it.  It's covered in music notes and has a big bird on it.  Short of a music event or bird pictures it seems hard to use, but that's not actually the case.

Often Susy and I use scrapbook papers that have little or nothing in common with pictures on top of them.

However, in this case the papers theme fits very nicely with the layout.  Ask yourself what do sleeping cats dream about?  Hunting birds of course.

With a little out of the box thinking you will find all your hard to use papers aren't that hard to use after all.
