Our Everyday Fight to Have the Lowest Prices Online

Thanks to happyworker of flickr for the photo
Everyday Susy and I fight the good fight to bring you the best scrapbook prices online.  We've actually had several people ask us, how are your prices so low?  While I can't tell you all our secrets, I can tell you some of them.

We constantly check out our competitors prices and make sure our prices are lower.  However, there are a lot of products in the store and we know this is not a task we can do all by ourselves.  To help us with this task we offer people like you the opportunity to find sites with lower prices then ours and earn credits for free products at our store.

One of our main tactics is bargain shopping.  We have wholesale accounts with many scrapbook companies.  When we want to buy new items for the store we search them not only for supplies that we love but for supplies that are great deals.  We are then able to pass these savings on to you.  Often these items are a little older and other sites already have them on sale.  That's OK though because all we do is put our items on an even bigger sale.  Where else but our store can you find a paper with a M.S.R.P. of $1 for only $0.29 cents.  Having a store with great prices like this makes us proud.

We also keep our advertising cost very low.  While other online scrapbook stores spend thousands of dollars on advertising we spend almost nothing.  We had a giveaway once.  We also once paid for an ad in a blog.  However, that's the only advertising we have ever paid for.   Instead, every day and work hard to advertise our store and blog in every free way I can think of.  Low advertising cost mean that we can afford even lower cost in our store.

We have no employees.  Susy and I run the store and blog all by ourselves.

Lastly, I'm always looking for more savings we can pass on to you by searching for new ways to save money.

As the days and months go by more and more of you find us and tell your friends.  We are over 1 year old now and although things could be going better, Susy and I are both confident that our little scrapbook store (500 items) is going to be around for a long time and won't be so little for very long.
